2010 Thanksgiving Holiday Travel restrictions
Please note the following dates are non-refundable/non-exchangeable:
November 23 and 24 eastbound to Detroit Metro Airport
November 28 and 29 westbound to East Lansing.
Cancellation/Change Policy for ROUND TRIP trip tickets:
Changes and cancellations to the entire trip incur no fees and fares are
refundable
provided that you notify the office at least 24 hours prior
to out- bound departure.
Reservations that are canceled on outbound
"day of travel" can be used for future
travel credit (within six months from original travel date). To receive this credit,
you
must notify the office
regarding the cancellation and obtain a"cancellation number".
For those passengers that miss our last scheduled
departure
from the
airport, please leave us a message or contact our office the next day. The
return
portion of a round trip ticket is non-refundable and must be
used
on the
designated
date reserved.
Passengers traveling in either direction between East Lansing and
Ann Arbor MUST call to cancel or change a reservation. "NO SHOW" passengers will not be eligible for any credit or refunds!

How to Change or Cancel your reservation: If you have booked your reservation through our on-line system, please go to "reservations" and log in with your user id and password. Go to the word "account" on top then to "personal orders". Click on your reservation in the box and you can view, cancel or modify the reservation if travel has not already commenced.
